AI Analytics has been upgraded with a faster AI engine and a redesigned experience to help you get insights from survey responses more easily.

What's new:

• AI Conversation: Ask questions about your survey responses in plain language. The AI analyzes all responses in your selected date range and replies with a clear summary. Supports multi-turn conversations so you can ask follow-up questions based on the AI's previous answers.
• AI Insights Letter: Set up automated email reports with AI-generated insights sent on a regular schedule. Add multiple analysis questions to each report.
• Token system: 1 token = 1 response analyzed. All merchants receive 500 free tokens on first use (valid for 3 months). Growth and Premium plans include monthly token allocations. Additional tokens are available via Token Packs ($3–$20, never expire).
• Redesigned UI: AI Analytics now opens directly to the conversation screen. New modals for Manage Report, AI Insights Letter setup, and Add More Tokens.

How to get started: Go to AI Analytics in the left navigation → select a survey and date range → start asking questions.
