What is AI Analytics?
AI Analytics transforms how you understand your survey data by providing intelligent analysis through two powerful methods: real-time AI conversation and automated insights reports. Instead of manually reviewing thousands of responses, you can chat with AI to get instant insights or receive scheduled analysis reports delivered directly to your email.
Why use this feature
- AI Conversation: Ask questions about your survey data and get instant answers. Continue the conversation with follow-up questions based on previous context.
- AI Insights Letter: Set up automated email reports where AI analyzes your responses on a schedule and sends you a summary.
Token system
AI Analytics uses a token-based system. 1 token = 1 survey response analyzed.
Before each analysis, the system previews how many tokens will be used so you can decide whether to proceed.
Token balance by plan

Free trial note: During the free trial period, Growth and Premium plans can use up to 2,000 tokens. After converting to a paid plan, you'll receive the remaining tokens for that month (total plan tokens minus tokens already used during the trial).
Early Release bonus
- All merchants receive 500 free tokens when they first use AI Analytics.
- These tokens expire after 3 months from the first use.
Token Packs (never expire)
Free / Starter plan:
- Use tokens for AI Analytics features
- Purchase additional tokens via Token Packs
