AI Analytics transforms how you understand your survey data by providing intelligent analysis through two powerful methods: real-time AI conversation and automated insights reports. Instead of manually reviewing thousands of responses, you can chat with AI to get instant insights or receive scheduled analysis reports delivered directly to your email.

How to use AI Analytics

AI Analytics provides two distinct ways to analyze your survey responses:

Method 1: AI conversation chat

Use the conversational interface to ask specific questions about your survey data.

Step 1: Access AI Analytics

  1. Navigate to Analytics from the main menu

  2. Click on AI Analytics or Chat with AI

Step 2: Start new conversation

  1. Select the survey you want to analyze from the dropdown menu

  2. Click Start new conversation to begin chatting with AI

  3. The AI will load your survey responses (up to 2,000 responses per session)

Step 3: Ask analysis questions

Examples of questions you can ask:

  • "What are the most common complaints from customers?"

  • "How do new customers rate our shipping experience?"

  • "What improvements do customers suggest most often?"

  • "Are there any patterns in negative feedback?"

  • "What do customers like most about our products?"

Method 2: Automated insights letter

Set up automated email reports for regular analysis without manual intervention

Step 1: Configure Insights Letter

  1. In the AI Analytics section, click Add insights letter

  2. Toggle Insights letter to ON

Step 2: Set analysis parameters

  1. Analysis questions: Enter specific questions you want AI to answer in each report

    • Example: "What are customer satisfaction trends this month?"

    • Example: "Which product features receive the most positive feedback?"

  2. Processing schedule: Choose when AI should start processing data:

    • Daily, weekly, or monthly intervals

    • Specific days of the week or month

  3. Email recipients: Enter email addresses that should receive the analysis reports

Step 3: Activate and monitor

  1. Click Save Settings to activate your automated insights

  2. AI will begin processing according to your schedule

  3. Reports will be delivered as PDF attachments to specified email addresses

Credit usage and limits

Understanding how credits work helps you manage your AI Analytics usage:

Credit calculation:

  • 1 Credit = 1 Analysis session (whether chat or automated report)

  • Each session analyzes up to 2,000 survey responses

  • If you have more than 2,000 responses, the analysis will consume 2 credits

Credit examples:

  • 500 responses = 1 credit

  • 1,800 responses = 1 credit

  • 2,500 responses = 2 credits

  • 4,000 responses = 2 credits
