Embed survey in email

A new Embed email channel lets shoppers answer your survey's first question directly inside an email, in one click, no store visit required. Works with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, Shopify Email, or a custom sender via a copy-paste HTML snippet.

How to use: In the survey editor's Channel tab, select Embed email, turn it on, copy the snippet, and paste it into your email template. See Embed survey in email for the full walkthrough.
