# Response Management

The **Response section** in SEA Survey provides an organized view of customer responses across all your surveys.&#x20;

This section displays responses in a list format, offering essential details for each survey question, including question type, response time, and the customer's answer.&#x20;

With this comprehensive overview, you can efficiently analyse and understand your customers' feedback to make informed business decisions.

### What you can see in Response tab

The **Response tab** provides a detailed view of customer responses to your surveys. Here's what you can find:

* **Survey list:** A comprehensive list of all surveys with responses, allowing you to quickly identify which survey the data belongs to.
* **Question content:** Displays the content of each question across all surveys or a specific survey, helping you analyse the focus areas of your surveys.
* **Answer content:** View customer responses for each question in your surveys, whether you’re looking at all responses or filtering by a specific survey.
* **Response time:** The exact timestamp of when each response was submitted, giving you insights into the timing of customer interactions.

The **Responses Tab** not only provides a view of survey responses but also includes several interactive features to help you manage and analyse your data effectively:

* **Interact with the Control Panel:**
  * **Sort by Response Time:** Organize responses chronologically to analyse recent feedback or identify trends over time.
  * **Filter by Question Type:** Narrow down responses to specific types of questions, such as single-choice or multiple-choice, for more targeted analysis.
  * **Search for Survey or Response:** Quickly locate a specific survey or response by using the search bar.
* **Select Time Range:**\
  View responses within a specific timeframe to identify patterns or trends. Choose from predefined options or set a custom range:
  * Yesterday
  * Last 7 days
  * Last 30 days
  * Last 90 days
  * Last 6 months
  * Last 9 months
  * Last 12 months
  * **Custom Time Range:** Select your desired start and end dates using the calendar and click **Apply** to filter.
