Exit intent
Learn how to set up and use Exit Intent Survey on SEA Survey to capture customer feedback and reduce cart abandonment before visitors leave your store.
What is an exit intent survey?
When a customer tries to leave your store, an exit intent survey automatically pops up. It helps you understand why customers are leaving and gives you one last chance to engage them—whether to offer a discount, collect feedback, or prevent cart abandonment.
Why use an exit intent survey?
Before we jump into setup, let’s explore why this feature is worth using:
Reduce cart abandonment: Catch hesitant shoppers before they leave.
Collect actionable feedback: Find out what stops customers from purchasing.
Boost conversions: Offer last-minute deals or gifts to encourage checkout.
If you're looking to increase sales and learn more about customer behavior, this tool is for you.
