Step 1: Select a survey & customize your link

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps and open Sea Survey

  2. Navigate to Integration → Email hyperlink

  3. Select the survey you want to add to your email from the dropdown menu

  4. Choose your link type:

    • Text link: A simple text hyperlink

    • Button: A customizable button with your chosen colors

  5. If you select Button, customize the appearance:

    • Set the button background color (default: #1C1C1C)

    • Set the text color (default: #FFFFFF)

    • Enter the button text (e.g., "Take our Survey")

Step 2: Copy the HTML code

  1. After customizing your link, click Save

  2. The system will generate an HTML code snippet

  3. Click the Copy button to copy the code to your clipboard

Step 3: Add code to your email

  1. In the HTML editor, paste the code where you want the survey link to appear

  2. If using Shopify email notifications:

    • Go to Shopify admin → Settings → Notifications

    • Select the email template you want to edit
