The Survey Setup in SEA Survey is for creating and customizing surveys tailored to your business needs.
Here, you can choose from a variety of ready-to-use templates or start fresh with a blank survey. Design engaging survey content, define showup rules to target specific audiences, and decide where to distribute your surveys, whether it's on your website, via email, or through post-purchase interactions.
This section empowers you to create impactful surveys that gather valuable insights seamlessly.
Accessing the Survey Setup space in SEA Survey is straightforward, with two convenient options:
Method 1: From the Quickstart Section
For new users: Begin by following Step 1 (Activate) in the 3-step Quickstart Guide, displayed on the default dashboard when you open the app for the first time.
For familiar users: You can always revisit the Quickstart section and manually open Step 1 to access the Survey Setup space at any time.
Method 2: From the Survey Tab
Navigate to the Survey tab from the app menu.
Click the Create new survey button in the upper-right corner of the screen to launch the Survey Setup space.
These options ensure that you can easily start building surveys, regardless of your experience level with the app!
