The Channels section allows you to decide how and where to distribute your surveys, ensuring they reach your target audience effectively.
By strategically selecting the right channels, you can maximize engagement and collect meaningful insights from your customers.
Follow these steps to set up the distribution channels for your survey, ensuring it reaches your customers effectively
Dedicated page survey - Default
Once you save the survey, a unique link containing the survey will be generated.
Note: The link will only be available when the survey is active and will deactivate if the survey is inactive.
You can also customize the survey design
Add a logo to the survey to align with your brand.
Adjust the colors for buttons, sections, and the background to create a consistent look and feel.
Site widget
You can display the survey directly on your storefront using a widget. Configure the following settings:
Page targeting:
All Pages: Display the survey across all pages, including the home page, product pages, collection pages, cart page, and blog pages.
Exclude pages: Prevent the survey from appearing on specific pages. For product and collection pages, you can further customize the settings for individual products or collections.
Specific pages: Show the survey only on the pages you select.
User targeting:
All users: Display the survey to all site visitors.
A segment of users: Limit survey visibility to users tagged within a specific segment.
Widget recurrence:
Every time if the survey is not completed (Default): The survey reappears whenever the page reloads if it hasn’t been completed.
Only once: The survey appears only once per browser session, stored via cache (linked to the user’s account).
Design customization:
Set the widget's position on the page (e.g., bottom left, center, or right).
Customize button, section, and background colors to match your branding.
The Channels section provides you with flexible options for distributing your survey, allowing you to reach your customers through a dedicated survey page or a convenient site widget.
By tailoring your distribution strategy and design, you can enhance the survey experience and gather valuable insights to drive your business forward.
